Shop with us to find enticing clothes and accessories that are only available in limited quantities.

If the items are not available at our online store [www.weh0dl.com], this is not possible, since our collections are mostly one-off releases and are not reproduced.

Registering for an account on WEH0DL.com will enable you:

By clicking on Create Account you can become a member and register for your personal MYWEH0DL account.

Creating a WEH0DL account will enable you to:

  • Receive updates to our latest product and clothing collections.

By clicking on My Account you can sign up and log in to your personal MYWEH0DL account.

To buy a product with your existing account please log in into your account and continue the purchasing process.

To cancel your account please send an email to support@weh0dl.com and we will delete your customer account on your behalf.

All the information you share with WEH0DL.COM is considered private and confidential. WEH0DL.COM will not sell or rent your personal information without your prior consent.

ORDER

Once you have chosen an item select your size and/or color and then click on the ‘Add to cart’ button. Now you can either click on the button ‘View Cart’ and proceed to ‘Checkout’ or continue to shop for more items and finish the Checkout process at a later moment.

Unfortunately WEH0DL.COM does not accept orders by telephone or fax.

All sizes listed on the website are those displayed on the garments themselves. We also offer a size guide to help you when choosing your size. We will also advise you in the item description if any particular item fits larger or smaller than usual.

Most items displayed are in stock. If a particular size is not available from the menu then that size is no longer available.

WEH0DL coupon/discount codes can be redeemed in the checkout area by entering the corresponding code. Per order only one code can be redeemed.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. Orders are not considered accepted by us until we send you an e-mail notifying you the items have been dispatched to you. In the unlikely event that any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable you will be quickly informed and your payment for those item(s) will not be processed.

No, we require no proof of delivery and you will have to not sign to confirm receipt of your order.

Please be informed that there are exceptions to this rule (e.g. Express shipping, shipping location, shipping carriers)

It is not always possible to add items to an existing order.

Please be aware that this may not always be possible if your order has already been dispatched.

Every effort is made to ensure that all the items displayed on WEH0DL.COM are in stock but in the unlikely event that an order is placed for an item which is no longer available we will try to contact you by sending an email to the email address provided by you. If we are unable to contact you we will continue to process the remaining part of the order. We will not substitute any items without your prior consent.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by Paypal, Debit and Credit, SOFORT / Klarna, SEPA Lastschrift, Direct Bank Transfer, Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies on our ecommerce store.

For your utmost security, all WEH0DL.COM credit card transactions use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information to and from our site.

Your card is charged at the time of placing your order and once your card issuer has made all the relevant checks.

Bitcoin makes it possible to transfer value anywhere in a very easy  and secure way and it allows you to be in control of your money. 

For bitcoin or other cryptocurrency payments please note that once you have transferred the required amount of bitcoin or cryptocurrency to the WEH0DL wallet address you will receive an automatic e-mail by WEH0DL that confirms your item purchase.

Your wallet is charged at the time of placing your order.

Debit card payments are made in Euro’s €.  The price of your order or the product is estimated at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Europe. As a result the total sum may slightly vary from the sum indicated on our online shop due to the differences in currency rates of the acquirer bank and the issuing bank. 

With reference to the small business owner statement according to § 19 UStG the seller does not charge VAT (value added tax) and therefore do not show it.

All orders will be delivered by FEDEX, DHL, USPS, dpd and Latvijas Pasts. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. Express Shipping and Free Shipping lets you track your order.

Unfortunately once your order has been accepted we cannot ship to an alternative address. Please ensure you supply a suitable shipping address when placing your order with WEH0DL.COM.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO BOX address.

WEH0DL.com manufactures it’s clothing in Europe and in the US. 

Fullfillment takes place depending on the item and on your location and will be processed at the location of the fulfillment center that normally is the closest to you to ensures that your parcel can be delivered in the most environmentally friendly and quickest way.

For that reason it can occur that items that you ordered are not shipped in one order by us.

We will notify you with an email every time any items of your order are shipped.

RETURNS

During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order. Contact us by e-mail at support@weh0dl.com and we will issue you with a returns form and a returns reference number.

Fill in the returns form completely and ensure that it is signed. Please also ensure that the package is clearly marked as returned goods on any customs or postal forms before sending the items back to us.

WEH0DL only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products.

Should you have received a damaged product please contact us at support@weh0dl.com.

WEH0DL will send out a replacement. Depending on the type of damage we may ask you to return the item, in which case we will cover reasonable costs.
