Washing Instructions:
- Machine wash 30°C.
- Wash inside out, with like colors, remove immediately.
- Use non-chlorine bleach only if necessary.
- Line dry, cool iron if needed (do not iron if decorated)
- Do not dry clean.
- Hand washing is recommended for all imprinted products.
Shipping Policy
We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, your order will be dispatched within 2-7 business days from the time it is placed. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. International Shipments
WEH0DL.com ships internationally with a few exceptions (Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Ecuador, Belarus, Russia, Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine). Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Returns
You may return for an exchange within 14 days of delivery, so long as it is unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags still attached. The purchased item must be in the original packaging. The purchased item should have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. However, return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a sale able condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
- Refund for goods/merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by WEH0DL team.
- Damages due to neglect, or improper usage will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit as soon as possible, within 30 working days at the latest, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Note, the amount returned may be after adjusting the bank transfer charges and conversion charges.
